Psychological therapy and supervision services

Rachel’s psychology practice offers evidence-based psychological therapy and supervision services. She specialises in providing support to children, adolescents, families, and adult clients. Rachel’s practice is welcoming and family focused, where all people are treated with respect and kindness. Rachel understands that seeking help when life is challenging is a difficult step. Her approach centres on listening to each person’s story, respecting their knowledge, and safely supporting them to make meaningful change.

Rachel is a Registered Psychologist and board approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has over 18 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families in mental health and education. Rachel’s additional training in dramatherapy allows her to offer a distinctive and creative approach to supporting her clients and their families. Using both cognitive and creative forms of expression, Rachel helps her clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe and engaging way.
